All three of our advisory engagements share the same underlying methodology. The difference is scope and depth — not approach. Whether you are joining for a single session or a ten-session programme, the process is the same: structured conversation, considered documentation, and outputs built to last.
Sessions are conducted in person at our Q Sentral office or remotely by video call. Each session has a defined agenda shared in advance. After each session you receive notes summarising what was discussed and agreed. Outputs — summaries, drafts, and frameworks — are produced between sessions and shared for review before being finalised.
Discovery
We begin by understanding your organisation, your existing brand thinking, and what questions you most need answered. This shapes the session plan.
Structured sessions
Sessions follow a defined sequence — from positioning and audience to tone and messaging. Each session builds on the one before.
Draft and review
Written outputs are drafted, shared with your team for review, and revised before being finalised. You have a defined review window for each draft.
Handover
The finalised output is handed over to your team in a usable format. For longer engagements, this includes a final session to walk through the document and answer questions.
Brand Clarity Session
A guided conversation to articulate what your brand stands for, who it serves, and how it wishes to sound. Suited to teams that need a clear, shared starting point — whether launching a brand for the first time or re-aligning one that has drifted over time. The session concludes with a one-page positioning summary.
