What exactly happens in a Brand Clarity Session?
The session is a structured conversation — typically 90 minutes — focused on three questions: what your brand stands for, who it is speaking to, and what it should sound like. Afterwards you receive a one-page positioning summary that captures what was agreed. It works well as a first step before a longer engagement or as a standalone exercise for teams that simply need alignment.
How long does a Brand Foundations Advisory take?
The engagement typically runs across four sessions spaced over several weeks. The pacing depends on your team's availability and how much review and iteration is needed between sessions. At the end, you receive a brand guidelines draft covering positioning, tone of voice, and messaging principles.
Who should join the sessions from our organisation?
The most productive sessions tend to involve whoever holds responsibility for how the organisation presents itself — founders, marketing leads, communications teams, or senior management. A group of two to five people typically works well. Larger groups can be accommodated but may require more time per session.
Do sessions take place in person or online?
Both options are available. In-person sessions are held at our office in Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. Remote sessions are conducted via video call. For the Brand Strategy Programme, a mix of both is often preferred, particularly for early discovery sessions where in-person conversation tends to be more productive.
What do we receive at the end of each engagement?
Each engagement has a documented output. The Brand Clarity Session concludes with a one-page summary. The Brand Foundations Advisory delivers a brand guidelines draft. The Brand Strategy Programme produces a full brand framework document with positioning, narrative, and application guidance — along with a review cycle to refine the content before it is finalised.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The Brand Clarity Session is a single-session engagement and requires no further commitment. If you find it useful, you can choose to continue with a Foundations Advisory or Strategy Programme. Each engagement is invoiced separately, so you decide at each stage whether to proceed.
